一、主要特點(diǎn)

1、本機(jī)采用變頻調(diào)速，用戶可根據(jù)不同織物的需要及熨平狀況選用合適的熨平速度。

2、采用烘筒通壓蒸汽的辦法或紅外線電加熱石英管，加熱滾筒表面，熱效率較高。

3、本機(jī)采用減速機(jī)減速，速比大，超負(fù)荷能力強(qiáng)，噪音低。

4、采用鏈條傳動(dòng)，具有較大的承載能力。

5、織物輸送系統(tǒng)采用寬錠帶，避免高幅帆布在傳動(dòng)中難于堅(jiān)決的游動(dòng)現(xiàn)象。

6、各滾筒之間具有一定的速差，熨平效果更好。

7、烘筒的蒸汽進(jìn)口采用旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭密封無(wú)漏氣，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。

8、本公司已成功研制四、五、六滾熨平機(jī)，用戶可根據(jù)具體的情況對(duì)熨平機(jī)進(jìn)行升級(jí)改造。

9、本系列機(jī)型具有蒸汽加熱和電加熱兩種加熱形式可供選擇。
