四、使用方法：
?首先將試驗機(jī)作水平調(diào)整，乃利用水平儀置于本機(jī)之機(jī)臺座上，而依水平儀指示調(diào)整基礎(chǔ)螺絲使呈水平(安裝機(jī)臺或移動機(jī)臺時調(diào)整)。
?啟動電源總開關(guān)，使電源通過本機(jī)各控制面板。
?根據(jù)試樣塊的測試要求，調(diào)節(jié)好兩支撐棍的跨距和支撐棍上定位塊的位置，保證試樣塊處在中間，調(diào)節(jié)壓輥上的配重塊，使壓輥保持水平。
?在試驗前，調(diào)整上、下行程設(shè)定環(huán)至所需之范圍上下限位置，使下夾具至此位范圍后會觸動極限開關(guān)而停機(jī)。
?選適當(dāng)?shù)臏y試速度，無段速控制則轉(zhuǎn)動控制盤上之速度旋鈕到已測定出之速度指示數(shù)字即可。
?顯示器開機(jī)，并將所有顯示字幕歸零，準(zhǔn)備接受測試。
?啟動馬達(dá)使中聯(lián)板下降開始測試，此時開始顯示出試件拉力數(shù)值，直到試件斷裂時，荷重保持zui大值, 記錄數(shù)值后，取下斷裂試件，再依上述方法夾持試件及顯示器數(shù)值，歸零后即可再測試，若測試已完成，請關(guān)掉電源
