四、使用方法：

★被測物尺寸：長度 150MM、寬度150mm、厚度 75mm；休積大于500cm3；

★環(huán)境溫度：23±2℃ 環(huán)境濕度：50±5﹪

★泡水液：蒸餾后至少放置 48小時(shí)的蒸餾水；

★將硬質(zhì)泡沫切割成長 150MM寬 150毫米厚 75mm的正方形被測物。

★將試樣放于天平上，稱量干燥后的試樣重量（m1），準(zhǔn)確至 0.1g，并記錄。

★懸掛網(wǎng)籠浸入蒸餾水中，除去懸掛網(wǎng)籠表層氣泡，掛于天平的下稱鉤上，稱其表現(xiàn)重量（m2），準(zhǔn)確至 0.1g，并記錄下來，記住后將懸掛網(wǎng)籠取下。

★將懸掛網(wǎng)籠2邊套筒上的2個(gè)固定螺釘分別擰松，再將試樣安放圓盤上并居中；將壓棒下調(diào)壓住試樣，壓棒2端緊扣試樣，并旋緊2邊套筒上的兩個(gè)固定螺釘。

★將安裝好試樣的懸掛網(wǎng)籠重新浸入蒸餾水中，用軟毛刷跟攪拌除去懸掛網(wǎng)籠和硬質(zhì)泡沫表層氣泡。

★浸泡96小時(shí)后，將盛有試樣的懸掛網(wǎng)籠掛于天平下稱鉤上，稱量其表現(xiàn)質(zhì)量（m3），準(zhǔn)確至0.1g，并記住下來 。

★ Unscrew the two fixing screws on the two sleeves of the hanging cage, and then place the sample on the disc and center it; lower the pressure bar to hold the sample down, fasten the sample at the two ends of the pressure bar, and turn Tighten the two fixing screws on the 2-side sleeve.

★ Re-immerse the hanging net cage with the sample in distilled water, and use a soft brush to stir to remove the hanging net cage and rigid foam surface bubbles.

★ After soaking for 96 hours, hang the hanging cage containing the sample on the scale's lower weighing hook, and weigh the performance quality (m3) to the nearest 0.1 g and remember it.

?使用方法：

1，將試件厚度調(diào)節(jié)器調(diào)節(jié)到25mm刻度處，松開樣品加緊螺絲，將試件尺寸為50*50的樣件放入安放槽內(nèi)，旋緊樣品夾緊螺絲壓緊試件。

2，用切片刀沿切樣器平臺(tái)表面將多余的樣品切除，為確保樣品上部平整，可用切片厚度調(diào)節(jié)器調(diào)節(jié)出0.3mm，用切片刀將樣品齊邊。
