★將壓板放到試驗臺上，調(diào)整可調(diào)支架，設(shè)置百分表初始位置。
★輕輕抬起測厚儀的百分表，將被測試樣放到底板與壓板之間，并對齊。
★輕輕放下測厚儀的百分表，使其與試樣上的壓板接觸，待百分表讀數(shù)穩(wěn)定后讀數(shù)，精確到0.1mm。此時讀數(shù)減去初始數(shù)據(jù)，即為試樣厚度。
