GLF6A-250自動線條機（豪華型）

廣隆富牌GLF6A-250自動線條機(豪華型)集成傳統(tǒng)線條機各項優(yōu)點的基礎(chǔ)上進行全新設(shè)計，針對客戶需求對線條的加工生產(chǎn)做了一次傳統(tǒng)的改變，同時提供了一種集成表面拋光、雙側(cè)面拋光為一體的線條機，線條一次性加工成成品，真正做到一步到位。也同時解決了大落差外墻線條難題，是目前同類產(chǎn)品無法媲美的優(yōu)點，本設(shè)備占地面積小、一人操縱便可完成一切，在傳統(tǒng)的線條設(shè)備加工的基礎(chǔ)上節(jié)約了大量人力、物力資源，是線條生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)型的高效率設(shè)備。
A new design of Guang Long Fu card based GLF6A-250automatic molding machinge integrated the advantages of traditional line machine ,according to customer demａnd for the first line production made a subversion of the traditional change ,Also solves the big drop exterior line problems, are the advantages of similar products at present can’t match,this equipment has the advantages of small occupation area, one person operation can complete all ,saving a lot of manpower ,material resources in line processing equipment based on the traditional resources in line processing equipment based on the traditional production lines,is the preferred equipment transformation.
技術(shù)突破：
1.便捷對刀，保持所有工作磨輪吻合一致。

2.快速、穩(wěn)定、安全換輪，為更換磨輪節(jié)約大量時間。

3.恒壓力自動補償，打破傳統(tǒng)的補償方式避免線條表面魚鱗狀振紋。

4.磨輪主軸30/50快速互換，外墻線條用50軸，內(nèi)墻線條用30軸，大大節(jié)約磨料成本。
5.可裝外徑140-300磨輪，加工內(nèi)外墻線條均可，一機多用。

6.缺料自動懸停報警，避免損傷機器。

7.集成雙側(cè)面拋光，無須專人操作，大大減少人工車成本。

8. 普通線條、線條雙邊拋光、弧形線條加工三合一。
