LFDY01-1離子風(fēng)槍是一款手持式的靜電消除專用設(shè)備。屬噴嘴式除靜電產(chǎn)品的一種。具有安裝簡易、工作安全穩(wěn)定、消除靜電速度快的特點。特別適合于各種卷繞式機(jī)器和印刷機(jī)器以及流水線上使用。

節(jié)：作用原理

LFDY01-1離子風(fēng)槍產(chǎn)生大量的帶有正負(fù)電荷的氣團(tuán)，并用壓縮空氣快速吹出，將經(jīng)過它離子輻射區(qū)內(nèi)的物體上所帶的電荷中和掉。當(dāng)物體表面所帶為負(fù)電荷時，它會吸引輻射區(qū)內(nèi)的正電荷，當(dāng)物體表面所帶為正電荷時，它會吸引輻射區(qū)內(nèi)的負(fù)電荷，從而使物體表面上的靜電被中和，達(dá)到消除靜電的目的。

第五節(jié):安裝及操作:

LFDY01-1離子風(fēng)槍要配備DY01-1高壓發(fā)生器一起使用。將風(fēng)槍連接線末端帶旋鈕的插頭插入高壓發(fā)生器高壓輸出插孔，旋鈕順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)到頭，然后將風(fēng)槍連線的接地線連接到高壓發(fā)生器外側(cè)的接地柱上，并確認(rèn)接地良好后，將高壓發(fā)生器的電源插頭插入帶有接地線的插座上（注意高壓發(fā)生器的使用電壓），將風(fēng)槍電源固定安裝到合適的位

置，插上壓縮氣管，打開高壓發(fā)生器電源即可工作。離子風(fēng)槍在使用一段時間后,離子針周圍會發(fā)生積塵,請定期進(jìn)行清潔.清潔時要關(guān)

斷電源。

inflammableorexplosiveatmospheres.PleaseensurethattheH.T.cablesecuringglandisfirmlytightened–Thisinsuresagoodearthconnection.Failuretofitsecurelywillpreventionizationandmayresultinthepistolbecominglive,whichcancauseoperatorshocks–Whilstharmlessthisexperiencecanbeunpleasant.

Maintenance

Keeptheguncleanandfreefromoil,waterandparticlecontamination.Useairdryingandcleaningfilterregulatorwith5micronfiltration.Ensurethatallconnections,pipeworkandfilterregulatorswillallowminimum15CFMofairflow.Cleanandpurgefilterregulatorsperiodicallyandcheckforcontaminationintheairdeliverypipe.Cleanaroundtheelectrodepinwithapipecleanerorcylindricalsoftbrassbrush.Ensuretheplasticinnerliningisfreefromgreyorblackcarbonizedresidue.Thepointoftheelectrodepincanbecleanedbypushingapencilenderaserontotheelectrodepinandrotating.Blowouttheloosedebrisandre-fitthenozzlecapbeforere-connectingthehighvoltagesupplyandoperating.

LF嚴(yán)格遵守：產(chǎn)品一，信益，客戶至上的宗旨，對斯蒂克產(chǎn)品實行以下承諾：

1.保用期凡本公司出售的產(chǎn)品保用期為一年，自出售日起一年內(nèi)因產(chǎn)品自身機(jī)件、材料及工藝問題造成的質(zhì)量問題，本公司免費(fèi)修理。

2.保用期后的服務(wù)凡本公司出售的產(chǎn)品保用期過后仍負(fù)責(zé)對產(chǎn)品的免人工費(fèi)修理，以保護(hù)客戶的利益。
