GR202系列染色機是我廠在總結(jié)多年來生產(chǎn)染色機經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合近年來紗線染色的新工藝、新技術(shù)以及各客戶的新要求，博采國處*染色機長處而開發(fā)的立式圓筒形全充滿式的高溫，高壓紗線染色機。
該產(chǎn)品主要適合在140℃以下對棉、毛、麻、滌棉、滌等天然纖維及其混紡織物的絞紗、筒子紗進(jìn)行染、煮、漂白、清洗等工藝處理。
該機與以前常規(guī)染色機相比較，其突出優(yōu)點為：
一、優(yōu)良的高效率、高抗汽蝕性的混流泵。其染液正反循環(huán)通過泵內(nèi)的換向閥自動完成，泵內(nèi)葉輪能為染紗過程提供大流量和足夠揚程系數(shù)，其穿透性強，適染高難織物，被染織物色牢度高，具有很好的勻染效果，適染多種織物。
二、該機亦具有拉鏈、粘扣帶、花帶等織物的染色功能，可謂一機多用，對織物完成漂染工藝要求，適用性廣，染色色光度好。
三、自動化程度高，工藝重演性好，操作使用方便：因為該機配備電腦控制，使染色操作過程自動化，減少手動操作而引起的人為因素。染色過程*按照工藝要求運行，各功能、指令由電器系統(tǒng)程序控制，使工藝具有重演性，減少缸差。
四、合理、完善的操作環(huán)境和高度的安全性：該機采用自封式鍋口密封，氣動式鍋口鎖緊聯(lián)動安全裝置，且氣動式鍋蓋啟閉裝置，使用方便，安全可靠。
各管口采用氣手兩用閥門，鍋內(nèi)的盤管，加熱冷卻系統(tǒng)均采用自動控制，勞動強度低，操作環(huán)境舒適。
GR202 series dyeing machine is the vertical cylinder type ful filling high temperature & high pressure dyeing machine for yarns,which is dereloped by our factory on the basis of srmmarizing experiences on producing dyeing machines,combining with mew process,new technology and new requirements of variors customers on yarn dyeing,ａnd absorbing advantages of foreign advanced dyeingmachines.
Thes product is mainly suitable for process trestment(such as dyeing,boiling,blanching and cleaning,etc.)under 140℃ for cotton,wool,hemp,polyester cotton snd polyester fiber,etc.matural fiber,ａnd reeled yarm & cheese of thier blend fabric.
Comparing with previous normal dyeing machine,its ortstanding advantages are:
1.Adopt the mast advanced mixed flow prmp(with excellent high efficiency and high cavitation resistance performance)of mewest desigh currentlu inChina.The direct&reverse circulation for dyeing is executdd by change valve inside the prmp.The impeller inside the pump can provide large flow andemough head coefficient for yarm dyeing puocedure.Due to its strong prnetrability,it is with high color ftstness and jood uniform dyeing effects.
2.This kind lf machine mas dyeing function for fabric of chains,glueing ribbon and printing ribbon.One machine has several functions ,it can meet the techologicsal.requirements of fabric,It can be widely rsed and the dyeing degree is very good .

4.Reasonable,perfect operating environment and high safety:This machine adopts selfsealing type sealing member for kettle,pneumatic kettlt locking interlocking safety device,ａnd pneumatic opening & closing device for kettle cover.It is with convenient operation and is safety & reliable.Each orifice adopts pneumatic &manual dual-purposevalve and the coil heating systems nside kettle are all automatically controlled.Hence,the labor strength is low and the operation environment is comfortable.

安裝與調(diào)試
*布置安裝位置時，除考慮機器本身機械安裝的空間外，還要考慮染機周圍的場地，是否能滿足裝缸、出缸、布放紗籠等要求以及是否有利于今后保養(yǎng)工作的進(jìn)行。
*機器可按下法找平：氣動打開缸蓋、在缸口處，十字交叉水平尺檢驗水平，最后緊固地腳螺栓。
*排液口和卸壓管的下方，均應(yīng)開有地溝，使廢液沿著地溝順利排出，避免濺溢地面，腐蝕機器支架，地溝方位用戶根據(jù)現(xiàn)場自行決定。
*調(diào)試前應(yīng)檢查各部位的螺栓（特別是泵底架的螺栓或調(diào)節(jié)絲桿）是否緊固，帶有聯(lián)軸器的泵一定要使電機與泵軸同心。
*電氣設(shè)備及壓縮空氣控制線路的安裝位置，均由使用單位根據(jù)廠房具體情況自行決定，但應(yīng)方便操作，不影響紗籠的搬運。（注意：電纜切勿靠近熱源）
操作運轉(zhuǎn)
操作前的準(zhǔn)備工作：
*檢查各氣動閥和電氣位置，確使它們在裝設(shè)位置與控制柜上各按鈕開關(guān)一一對應(yīng)。并使泵的轉(zhuǎn)向正確。
*用肥皂液蘇打溶液或其它適宜的洗滌劑對機器進(jìn)行*清洗。
*為避免可能的殘留污物給試驗原料造成污斑，為此試驗時先染深色，后染淺色。
*染槽內(nèi)通入所需要軟水，將裝有被染物的染籠吊入染槽后加熱到40-50℃煮煉十分鐘，取出染籠排液。
操作轉(zhuǎn)注意事項：
禁止在受壓狀態(tài)下啟蓋或常壓狀態(tài)下閉蓋排液。
主泵與輔泵絕不允許在缺水情況下啟動，泵在運轉(zhuǎn)中如發(fā)生異常聲響或其它故障時，應(yīng)立即停車檢修。
特別注意：
請嚴(yán)格遵守當(dāng)?shù)貏趧硬块T或鍋爐壓力容器安全主管單位的規(guī)章制度和法規(guī)：并接受上述部門的監(jiān)督和檢查。
嚴(yán)禁在80℃以上開啟鍋蓋或各管口，以免發(fā)生事故。
Installation and adjustment
*When arranging installation positions,besides considering the self mechanical installation space of the equipment,the surrounding site of dyeing machine shall also be considered so as to ensure the cylinder lilling ,cylineer discharging and sarong layort,etc work wioo be favorable to the furure maintenance.
*The machine can be levelve acfording to following mathod:Open the cylinder coer pneumatically.
Place the horizontal ruler in cross directions on the cylinder opening to inspect the levelness.Finally fix the anchor bolts.
*The sewer shall be arranged rnder the liquor drainage outlet and pressure relief pipe so thet the waste liquor wil be easily discharged along the sewer to avoid splashing to grund,which will be corrosive to the bracket of maching.The sewer location shall be determined by customer according to the site conditions.
*Inspect bolts in every part before adjustment for fastness(especially the bolts and adjusting leading screws of pump bracket).The motor shall be concentric with pump shaft for pump with coupler.
*The installation ot elecric equipment and compressed air control circuilt shal be deteimined by customer according to actual conditions of workshop .However it shall be convenient for the operation withort lffecting the teanspoutation of sarongs.(Note:Keep cable away from the heat source).
Operation
Preparation before operation
*Inspect the location of each pneumatic valve and electric device so as to ensure thet their installation position will be corresponding to each button switch on the control cabinet and ensure the correct pump rotation.
*Do thorough cleaning for the machine with soap bath,soda solution and other suitable wasbing abents.
*In order to avoid bloch on test materials by probable remaining dirt,it is better to dyt deep color first and then dye weak color in the test.
*Fill in required slft water inside the dye bexk and then hoist de cage containing materials to be dyed into the dye beck.Jeat to about 40-50℃ａnd boil for ten minutes.Tske ort the dye cage and discharge teh liquor.
Notes to in operation:
*It is strictly prohibit to open the cover undrr pressurizing comdition or close to discharge liquor vnder normal pressure condition.
*The main pump and auxiliary pump can mot be started when lacking of water.If there is any abnormal noise or other faults in the operation of punp,it shall be stopped immediately for inspection.
Special motes
*Please observe strictly the laws and regulationg stipulated by local labour department or the safety authorityfor pressure containers of boiler,ａnd accept the supervision and inspection by the abovementionsd departments.
*Strictly forbid opening the cover of boiler or respective mauth of pipe in oder to avoid accident.
