高效節(jié)能雙層蒸汽烘筒結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)勢：

蒸汽噴射加熱是一種全新的加熱理念，通過溫控表自動設(shè)定加熱溫度，操作更簡單更方便；噴射加熱實現(xiàn)了乏汽回收，大大節(jié)省了蒸汽用量，降低了冷凝水排放溫度；噴射加熱使得烘筒表面溫度更加均勻，極大改善了預(yù)縮工序和葉邊疵布的產(chǎn)生，大大提高了烘燥效率。

可調(diào)控蒸汽噴射泵：

可調(diào)控噴射泵主要用來促進蒸汽循環(huán)，提高低壓蒸汽壓力；
其原理是利用少量高（中）壓蒸汽作為主動蒸汽產(chǎn)生的負(fù)壓，將低壓引射蒸汽（乏汽）抽吸入熱泵泵體，并將之加壓混合成一股均勻的壓力較高的可用蒸汽，重新送回到系統(tǒng)中去（烘筒內(nèi)）加以利用。
