該系列高溫高速液流染色機(jī)主要適用于滌、棉、滌棉、毛腈、滌毛、腈毛等紡織物的各種厚薄幅寬布薄幅寬布在高溫高壓或常溫常壓(微壓)狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行高速染色和前后處理，主要適合小批量及打樣和科研院校使用。
工作原理特點(diǎn)：
該機(jī)為水平微斜之圓筒型結(jié)構(gòu)，機(jī)內(nèi)織物經(jīng)由導(dǎo)布輪驅(qū)動(dòng)馬達(dá)，帶動(dòng)后吸入噴嘴，通過(guò)導(dǎo)布管進(jìn)入染槽尾部經(jīng)過(guò)特殊設(shè)計(jì)的漸縮內(nèi)網(wǎng)和浪板，使布匹自然折疊，不擠壓、不絞布、有秩序地向前移動(dòng)。槽內(nèi)回水的均勻流動(dòng)，使織物著色均勻、無(wú)色差、色花等現(xiàn)象。該機(jī)具有低俗比、低能耗、勻染性好，適用范圍廣，自動(dòng)化程度高且操作方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
Use of products:
The series of high-temperature&high-speed overflow dyeing machine mainly apply to dye and process at high speed under high-temperature & high-pressure and normal-temperature & normal-pressure (micro-pressure) forall sorts of thick and breadth cloth as polyester, cotton, P/C, wool-acrylic, polyester-wool, and acrylic-wool fabric etc. Mainly suitable for the short run and drawing a design and universities and colleges use of scientific research.
Working principle and characteristics:
The structure of the machine is a bit dipping cylinder. The fabric is in halated in jet orifice by motor which be drivenby leading wheel and entered the end of dyeing beck in which equipped with negative inner mesh and wave board for specially designed ,so that the cloth will be moved forwarding an orderly way with fold natural and no extrusion or skein Uniform flow of return water in beck can ensure the fabric has no colour difference and uneven dyeing etc. The machine is with small bath ratio, great capacity, good uniform dyeing, wide application, high automation level and easy operation advantage etc.
