主要零部件及性能:

1.大輥筒及重要小輥均采用不銹鋼制成。大輥筒直徑為φ800，壁厚4mm。

2.變頻調(diào)速，采用國(guó)際品牌變頻器。

3.主軸軸承與蒸汽旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭均采用可伸縮裝置，使得機(jī)器不受熱脹冷縮影響。

4.組合式結(jié)構(gòu)。輥筒可拆卸，雙輥筒可直接，升級(jí)置換成三輥筒，客戶升級(jí)方便，升級(jí)成本低。

5.結(jié)合多年經(jīng)驗(yàn)，包角角度達(dá)到佳，即快又平。

6.滾筒表面經(jīng)過特殊處理，熨平質(zhì)量顯著提高，熨平效果可媲美槽式熨平機(jī)。
