本儀器采用ZSZ-6-A和ZSZ-6-B紫外線燈管及濾光片組成。ZSZ-6-A發(fā)出（短波254-mm波長(zhǎng)，ZSZ-6-B出（長(zhǎng)波）365-nm波長(zhǎng)，一機(jī)亦能同時(shí)發(fā)出，混合兩種波長(zhǎng)。
